Atlantis Bahamas Watermelon Salad
One of my all-time favourite salads from Atlantis Bahamas. I instantly took a photograph of the menu to re-create at residence!
- Fresh Greens [I used a bag of Spring Mix]
- Fresh Watermelon, cubed
- Sweet Peas, a few handful
- Fresh Radish, thinly sliced
- Feta
- Salt & Pepper

Plate all substances and prime with salt & pepper. Pairs nicely with brown sugar French dressing. Enjoy!

Combine all substances in a bowl. Serve contemporary & take pleasure in!

Place watermelon, then basil, then mozzarella cheese on toothpick
Watermelon Italian Ice – Ninja Creami Deluxe

Watermelon Juice
I used a juicer, it’s also possible to simply puree watermelon

Add Watermelon Juice to pint container. Fill to SCOOPABLE MAX FILL line.

Freeze for a minimal of 24 hours.

Remove lid from pint container, place into outer container and fix lid. Insert outer container into Ninja Creami Deluxe, flip to lock in processing container.

Select FULL for a full pint. Process utilizing ITALIAN ICE setting. Press middle button to start out. RE-SPIN if wanted for a smoother texture.
