In a lawsuit filed May 9 in state Supreme Court in Albany County in opposition to New York’s Cannabis Control Board and Office of Cannabis Management, 4 plaintiffs – Organic Blooms, Niagara Nugget, Blackmark and Windward Management – level out that CAURD candidates had been in a position to file an preliminary request for a state license with out securing actual property and alerting the native municipality.
Those weren’t privileges prolonged to anybody who utilized for a common license moderately than a social equity allow throughout an October-December utility window, the swimsuit alleges.
That October-December utility interval is when the plaintiffs filed their adult-use functions, in line with the swimsuit.
